80’s Action Star
Costume
I want to stick with a lot a warm vibrant colors on the upper body to draw the eye upward. I want the jacket to be the key focus. I also wanted to echo some of the orange from the shirt into the socks to make the shoes pop. An action hero's gotta have killer kicks.
This was also a good chance to get acquainted with Marvelous Designer. I used that for the jacket, but ended up sculpting a lot of the folds in ZBrush to get the look I was going for.
Finished
I got to learn a lot on this character. I learned a few programs, found a good method to create hair with, and had a lot of practice working on using shape language and colors to sell my designs.
